Historical Rustic Barn

As Delaware's newest event venue, The Farm at Coochs Bridge is the perfect destination for private events of all sizes. Our beautifully restored Historic Rustic Barn is fully heated and air-conditioned, providing year-round comfort in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Conveniently located in Newark, Delaware, just five minutes from nearby hotels and minutes from major highways, our private venue offers a peaceful setting while remaining easily accessible for your guests.

The barn's elegant reception space comfortably accommodates up to 180 guests, while also creating the perfect atmosphere for more intimate gatherings of a few dozen people. Outside, you'll find beautifully landscaped grounds with plenty of open space for lawn games, picnics, team-building activities, and outdoor celebrations.

Our stunning 2,800 square foot Douglas Fir Pavilion features ceiling fans, lighting, and a built-in bar, comfortably accommodating up to 120 guests.

Inside the barn, you'll also have access to a professional 4K projector with a 150 inch projection screen, perfect for photo slideshows, videos, presentations, award ceremonies, and memorable moments throughout your event.

Our experienced venue team is committed to making your event seamless from start to finish. You'll receive personalized service and one-on-one attention to ensure every detail is handled with care.

You're welcome to choose any licensed and insured caterer or restaurant for your event, and we're happy to provide a list of trusted local catering partners upon request.
