Historical Rustic Barn

As Delaware's newest event space we are ready to host your event, whether large or small.

Our fully restored Historical Rustic Barn  with climate control is the perfect place for whatever kind of get together you have in mind. Conveniently located in Newark, DE with just five minutes from nearest hotels and major highways, our private site will provide the perfect environment free of distractions to make sure your event has maximum impact and great results. Our reception area in the Rustic Barn can comfortably accommodate up to 170 guests, or be configured to host an intimate gathering of just a couple dozen, and there is plenty of outdoor space for a picnic or play.

Our Douglas Fir Pavilion with fans and lights is great option for outdoor events, this space comfortably accommodates 100 guests.
Our pricing is reasonable and flexible based upon seasonality, day of the week and the size of the gathering, no party is too big or too small.

Regardless of the size of your party you’ll receive one-on-one attention from our coordination team to make sure it goes off without a hitch. Food for your event can be provided by any licensed and insured caterer or restaurant, and we’d be happy to provide you with a list of recommendations.

- The Historical Rustic Barn included both levels, Douglas Fir Pavilion, and all outside areas.

- For indoor events: Upper level of the Historical Rustic Barn with reception room up to 170 guests.

- For outdoor events: Douglas Fir Pavilion with first (lower) level of the Historical Rustic Barn up to 100 guests.
