Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? The Farm at Coochs Bridge is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional events.
We are new event venue in Newark, DE. We are planning to create one-of-a kind event experiences for our clients, mainly weddings. Events typically fall on Thursday-Sundays but we planning to host plenty of social and corporate events during the week.
Currently, there are various roles available, including:

Wedding and Events Manager: If you have pre-opening experience, are skilled in relationship management, and are detail-oriented, consider applying for the Wedding and Events Sales Manager position. This role focuses on maximizing event opportunities and involves creating proposals, closing sales, and coordinating event details leading up to and including the event day.

General Event Staff: If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service, consider joining the Event Staff. Event Staff play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly, assisting with setup and teardown, managing registration, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees, etc.

At The Farm at Coochs Bridge, the team is considered the most important investment, and the venue strives to cultivate a positive and growth-minded work culture where employees will feel welcomed and valued.
